Vision Recruitment is searching for one of its clients an ambitious and organized person for the position of Research & Development Officer
Responsibilities:
Carrying out a variety of projects from planning through execution.
Creating business plans, marketing plans, business overviews and related documentation.
Building new customer relationships;
Developing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients;
Self-source potential sales and business development opportunities;
Creating and maintaining contact with various partners including banks and financial institutions.
Reporting, providing feedback and recommending improvements.
Formulating, directing, and coordinating all research and development programs;
Introducing new products and processes into overall company strategy and making recommendations for the improvement and cost reduction of existing products and processes;
Analyzing corporate and administrative problems and determine appropriate actions.
Requirements:
Excellent English skills (oral and written);
Second language knowledge is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook;
Ability to work independently and as a team member;
The ability to effectively prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of professionalism;
Great analytic and research skills;
Ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously;
Ability to cope with short dead-lines;
Stress resilience;
People-oriented.
