-Management of all related operational/production activities in the plant;
-Ensures that budgeted production KPI are achieved on a permanent basis. Productivity KPI: Output, Make Ready, Downtime, Waste;
-Proposes / implements improvement actions designed to increase productivity and efficiency in the Production department of Company;
-Cooperates closely with Company Management team, to analyse, evaluate and propose needed measures to ensure achievement for Production Improvement Project goals;
-Preparation/proposal and implementation of all needed technical/facility investments according to company budgeted development plans;
-Cooperates closely with all production related departments : Planning, Quality, Logistics, in order to ensure a lean supply chain system for the Production;
-Monitors and controls all maintenance and repair plans (TPM) so that machine park operates at maximum uptime;
-Prepares regular reporting of project status levels : Implementation, KPI analysis & Production Budget;
-Sets up individual performance targets for all subordinate department heads, in line with annual company budget.

Candidate profile:
-Packaging/Printing or Manufacturing process experience related;
-Preferred specialization in Corrugated Cardboard Manufacturing (Paper, corrugated micro-flute, lamination technologies);
-Excellent English knowledge (German would be an advantage);
-Advanced computer skills ideal ( Microsoft office);
-Packaging Paper and Cardboard Manufacturing operations (Industry professional) would be ideal;
-Good knowledge of other operations areas (sourcing, logistics)
-Team leader, able to communicate efficient and manage people, open minded, dynamic, good communicator, honest, reliable, loyal and able to cope with stress.
