Communications Marketing Services provide clients with a range of services to help them deliver cost effective and efficient communication to deliver the desired outcomes from their own customers. This includes print management, data management translation, content and project management.

CMS is part of the Xerox Business Services groups one of the world’s largest BPO & ITO Providers.

To support growth CMS Europe is expanding to create an operations centre in Bucharest. This role will be responsible for the set- up, build and management of this centre of excellence that will provide excellent client services through a highly skilled workforce.

Responsibilities:

As part of the CMS Europe Shared Service Delivery office accountable for the recruitment training and on-going management of operations. In order to meet customer requirements
Lead and set up the infrastructure to meet operational requires in conjunction with colleagues
Establish operational management standards including but not limited to training customer service standards and measurement, training & people management , capacity and contingency planning
Develop external relationships and networks to ensure a supply of talented resources to meet resource demands
Manage financial performance to meet budgets
Lead the operation to deliver client excellence
