Acts as the principal client contact with full responsibility and accountability
Makes commitments and agrees project spend on behalf of Xerox
Works at Senior Vice President/Director level with clients
Directs and manages the daily operations of 1 or more projects/LOB�s
Manages people for programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of projects and/or programs into a finished state
Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets and controls costs
Monitors the program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers or department/support staff personnel
Organises project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints
Assigns and monitors work of technical personnel, such as systems analysts and programmers, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives
Directs the activities of project support staff and sub-contractors and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of the project
Establishes and implements performance and service contractual/non-contractual standards
Ensures productivity meets or exceeds service and quality standards
Ensures the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs
Develops and implements process and/or operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations
Determines resource allocation levels to meet project/contract commitments
Reviews and resolves issues affecting Company compliance, legal requirements and client objectives
Minimum qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of relevant experience in marketing and sales as well as operations and budget management
Fluent in English
Preferred qualifications
3+ years of hands-on sales experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding quotas.
Proven experience as a Sales manager/coach/mentor in Customer Acquisition projects in the Technology sector
An avid user of the Internet, and socially active on the Web
2 year of experience in platform or infrastructure as a service.
Understanding of Big Data landscape and Business Intelligence technologies as well as the virtual world of internet marketing and sales
Understanding of marketing campaign creation and success criteria, with creative ideas
