Some key responsibilities would include:
1. Demonstrates an extensive ability to support clients with configuration of controls around security, business process and within the Oracle eBS and/or Oracle-based platforms
2. Demonstrates an extensive ability to collaborate directly with systems integrators in developing business requirements and business controls in Oracle related implementations
3. Demonstrates extensive experience facilitating staff as they perform assessments to evaluate controls, security, SOD, and potential for optimization as well as the implementation and/or configuration of Oracle products
4. Demonstrates extensive project management skills in relation to Oracle projects, including developing project plans, budgets, and deliverables schedules demonstrates extensive leadership abilities and/or a proven record as a team leader by creating a positive environment, monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations, and respecting the work-life quality of team members. This includes providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress and demonstrates extensive ability and/or a proven record of success to lead client projects, understanding a client's business and technology in order to identify, pursue, and ultimately obtain additional consulting opportunities.
5. Assist clients in designing solutions in Oracle or similar Oracle-based platforms to meet complex business requirements.
6. Develop, implement and support Business Event and Workflow processes
7. Able to produce detailed system requirements specifications, complex data flow diagrams, test plans, swim lane and process diagrams using standardized documentation methods
8. Ensure that proposed solutions comply with the company’s technology direction.
9. Coordinate as a Project Manager or client support team with Developers, Analysts and Business Stakeholders to understand and propose technology solutions to meet complex business and technical objectives
10. Provide subject matter expertise on the capabilities/constraints of existing systems and proposed solutions
11. Work closely with development and design teams in the creation and validation of user interfaces and functional/non functional requirements
12. Provide functional support for Oracle and Oracle based systems
13. Demonstrated ability in the past to formulate client's needs into Oracle QA projects and win projects

he Systems and Process Assurance (SPA) / Internal Audit group is an integral part of the Risk and Control Solutions team, undertaking a variety of complex audits, security and control engagements and business control reviews across a wide range of public and private organisations.
As a Oracle QA Manager in the team, you will be provided with a wide variety of work across a range of organisations, which will allow you to further develop your technical and business skills.
Requirements:
· CISM/CISA or similar qualification is a definite plus
· Oracle implementation references and/or certifications for ERP solutions mandatory (2 implementations minimum)
- Broad experience with Finance modules GL, AR, AP, PO, FA. for Oracle ebS or similar modules in other Oracle based applications
- Experience with database programming techniques and languages, especially Oracle PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, Oracle Reports and database object modeling is a definite plus
- Complementary experience with SAP implementation references and/or certifications for ERP solutions a plus (
· 4 + years of relevant systems and process integration experience
· Cross experience with SAP ERP implementations are a plus
· English – advanced/fluent (both oral and written),
· Desire to be accountable and an integral part of the management of a growing practice
· Proven project management/people management skills
· Ability to operate in a multitasking environment
· Strong presentation skills
· Focus on developing and applying a high level of professional skills and knowledge
