• Day to day engagement with Country Ops Teams/Channel Sales Team/Finance and resellers and distributors.
• Process monitoring and being the Subject Matter Expert on compensation (process alignment, tool usage, and internal escalation).
• Accountable for E2E payment and reporting.
• Escalation management for partners /audit.
• Execute specific Country processes where legally required.
Job Education & Experience:
• Fluent in English and Hungarian
• First level university degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2-4 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation
