We are seeking an experienced telephone customer service representative providing unparalleled customer service to our customers. This position is a great combination of customer service and sales.
We are looking for a self-starter that is very motivated and aggressive, self-disciplined and results driven. You will be contacting warm prospects via telephone and emails, and build relationship, collect relevant information from the customer, and coordinate efforts with our service providers.
Main responsibilities:
• Outbound calls to customer and understand their specific needs, collect additional information and documentation for processing
• Develop case reports for service providers
• Work with service providers to provide price quotation to customers
• Communicate multiple options based on customer request and needs
• Ability to multi-task and willingness to perform various team functions when requested
• Responsible for setting up appointments
• Maintain regular contact with prospects and customers.
Experience and Skills:
• Experience in sales / customer service / call center environment
• Excellent communications skills in English and Spanish, both written and oral and a commitment to world class customer service
• Strong working knowledge of personal computers (use of word, outlook, internet, etc.)
• Strong phone, data entry skills required
• Knowledge of proper email etiquette and able to compose proper business emails
• Effective listener and able to understand customer needs
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients in a way that allows for a comfortable consultation
• Shows/practices a commitment to ethical conduct
• Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working as a team.
Candidate must have home office with computer, high-speed internet, and noise-cancelling headset with microphone, along with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other software, in order to increase productivity.

Compensation: $350.00 US + commission
