• Collects, verifies and compiles all data necessary for payroll processing (internal changes of positions, bonuses, benefits, changes of employee personal and contractual data) on a monthly basis
• Provides support to employees and managers in registering and approving time and attendance; monitors the timely completion of the time and attendance tracking process and verifies the final time sheet
• Monitors the timely completion of the operational activities included in the payroll calendar
• Verifies payroll output, investigates and reconciles differences
• Answers to employees and managers routine payroll queries
• Prepares reports with time and attendance, payroll, contractual and organizational data in an accurate and timely manner
• Obtains authorized signatures of payroll sheets, time sheets and other documents and files them
University Degree – preferably in Economics/Technical field
Professional experience in payroll area of at least 1 year
General knowledge of the local payroll process, practices and fiscal regulations
Good command of English Language (minimum B2 level on CEF scale)
Computer skills: MS Outlook, Word – intermediate level, Excel – advanced level (good command of logical, date & time, text functions and pivot tables)
Strong organizational, time management and planning skills
