Responsibilities:
Administration of staff register ( preparation of contracts of employment, decisions or other relevant paperwork);
Completing, updating and sending General Register of Employees (REVISAL) to ITM as required by the law ;
Register Payroll, the centralizers of taxes and contributions in the respect of the Declaration 112;
Calculation of the salaries, bonuses and allowances payable monthly, including allowances for social security benefits (sick leave, maternity) related taxes and contributions;
Keep the record of temporary suspension of individual employment contracts;
Preparation of Tax files;
Preparation of certificates required by the employees (seniority, doctor, bank, etc.);
Preparation of the reports ( monthly, quarterly and annually) requested according to the legislation or according to the company policy.
University Degree in a relevant field;
Fluent English (both written & verbal);
Minimum 2 years of payroll and administration experience;
Knowledge of payroll practices involving salaries, hourly, sales commission employees;
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet payroll and period closing deadlines;
Analytic mindset that is able to innovate and improve existing processes; Advance knowledge of MS Office programs(Excel);
Team player and flexible personality;
Good planning and organization skills;
Capable of discretely handling confidential information;
Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment.
