Calculation and accounting registration of salaries and related taxes;
Data input and verification of the entries needed for the payroll of the monthly salary (advances, deductions, guarantees, medical leaves, bonuses, allowances, leave forms)
Payroll computation, tax verification, declarations for Fiscal Authorities, fiscal statements;
Payroll related activities (advances, holidays, other payments)
Economics Degree, preferably Accounting
Minim one year relevant experience in payroll;
Basic tax and payroll knowledge;
Knowledge of relevant legislation and Fiscal Code;
English Language – intermediate level;
Very good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Communication skills;
Attention to details;
Team spirit.
