Provides Payroll& Training services and support in one or more areas of human resources, i.e.recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, etc.
Inputs and updates the HR system and database, using accurate information. Software used is SAP.
Ensures that legal requirements are met in terms of employee relations to minimize exposure to liability. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Auditing the organization to identify employee relations issues, investigating formal employee complaints and making recommendations to resolve issues, and compiling statistical reports and information.
Assessing competitive practices and the organization's competitive position for specific programs, developing recommendations for actions or programs, preparing reports and recommendations related to programs. Develops and administers proactive programs, procedures and policies related to employee relations activities.
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. May also act as a business partner to managers, including counselling senior business managers on people-related strategies.
Evaluates need and develops new training materials and/or revises current material to ensure business unit or group training needs are met
Conducts skills, technical, management and staff development training courses within business units or groups.
Uses needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of training programs.

Minimum of 3 years working experience in Payroll is a must.
Native or fluent Speaker of English, knowledge of German language will be an advantage
Experience and very good knowledge of SAP functionalities
Good written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and precisely.
Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources will be an asset
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs.
Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail.
Advanced problem solving and resolution skills to include when to escalate and identify trends.
