RESPONSABILITATI

Managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, faxes, etc)on behalf of the MD
Analyze incoming and outgoing communication, submissions and reports the MD as well as commercial department
Organizing meetings and event management as required Also Co-ordination of agenda papers for Management level meetings
Personal meet and greet of the corporate visitors including customers and suppliers
Travel Arrangements
Assisting in the preparation of presentations and minute taking
Arranging meetings with customers and suppliers as required for the MD
Liaising between other staff and the MD
Preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way
Other traditional PA duties as required
Producing detailed proposals for events (eg timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
Securing and booking a suitable venue or location
Coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire
Identifying and securing speakers or special guests
Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings
Preparing delegate packs and papers
Liaising with clients and designers to create a brand for the event and organising the production of tickets, posters, catalogues and sales brochures, plus social media coverage
Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
Manage internal and external communications output
Execute steps within a certain time frame
Measure and present results of communication efforts
Adjust communication plan as needed
Suggest what information should be presented to employees
Support ideas with research and experience
Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication Ensure consistent framing of messages
Publish videos and photography on company website and blogs
Edit and revise content as necessary
Ensure colleagues are engaged in company initiatives
Edit, design, and print internal publications
