As a Pricing Executive you will directly support the Pricing/Marketing/ Product Launch Managers/Distribution Operations across all lines of Xerox business and out to Xerox Pan European Distributors.
Scope of role
• Managing and maintaining indirect product launches, pricing updates, EOL, Price Protection rebate, SMART Price Protection rebate in ESAP and the SMART Pricing Database.
• Ensuring any pricing amendments/changes are captured and communicated to appropriate audience.
Your tasks would include:
• To provide an accurate in-put into to European Price Communication sent out to the internal & external distribution network.
• Supporting product launches and pricing changes, maintaining data in ESAP and SMART pricing Database to reflect said changes. Making sure all translations are created and loaded into the Database.
• Managing the Supply chain template which includes all the equipment product specifications. Maintaining supplies manually offline and in ESAP, working with Product launch managers and Venray.
• Managing the Marketing Template which contains the marketing configurations and Mapping of Nat Kits working with Product launch managers and Venray.
• Processing Price Protection Claims when Xerox reduces list prices. Working with Distribution Operations and Finance.
• Communicating the SMART pricing rebates which are calculated using the SMART Pricing database.
• Supporting CTP/SOIR/Order Management team by responding to their queries related to pricing.
• Promptly responding to process issues or queries from Internal and External Customers and driving all situations to prompt and timely resolution.
• Experience working in a commercial environment
• Experience of working with Customers is essential
• Experience working in within a SAP environment
• Experience of using Solman to log ESAP system issues
• Desirable: Experience of working in a multinational business environment working with multiple nationalities would be beneficial
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
• Working to enhance processes through to go live
