The EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa) Sales Operations team manages the shared operational processes and systems supporting our customers, partners and business groups.
The Pricing Analyst delivers support for the Sales Organization by providing quality pricing analysis and follow-up on possible deals of the sales representatives with the partner/customer and finds the best way to balance the discounts in deals in order to make the customer/partner/sales representatives and local Business Unit satisfied with their results.
Responsibilities:
• Processes requests that are coming from sales representatives in a timely manner as per the agreed internal processes.
• Makes sure that prices, discounts and other data are correct and obtains all necessary authorizations for the processing of the requests, using current process guidelines/documentation.
• Is well informed of the promotions, discounts and other type of information which are necessary for handling the requests into the system
• Makes sure that prices, discounts and other data are correct and obtains all necessary authorizations for the processing of the requests
• Delivers reports and memos regarding the processed request, orders and transactions
• Follows-up on pending request with respective stakeholders to ensure the request is processed in due time
• Fluent English AND one of the following languages: Spanish/Portuguese/French/German
• Educated to Bachelor degree level with basic knowledge of sales/customer support
• Minimum 1 year working experience within Special Pricing area/economics/ finance or channel partner business
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in problem-solving environment;
• Technical focus (Excel, databases etc.);
