- Recording of primary accounting documents in accounting software (WinMentor), according to accounting regulations and legislation in Romania
- Managing the cash and the Cash Register transactions
- Reconciliations of the accounts with the suppliers
- Arranging and archiving accounting documents
- Preparing the business travel accounting documents (expense reports)
- Inventories evidence
- Preparing and administrating the personnel’s files
- Reviews and checks the accuracy of journal vouchers, payroll records, sales and purchase ledgers etc;
-Prepares the monthly tax returns, by indicated deadlines;
-Keeps up to date with changes in local accounting and tax legislation and prepares correspondence on the changes in order to inform the clients;
- Identifies particular risks related to the client transactions. Such risks refer to, but are not limited to: primary accounting documents, tax and legal aspects;
- Is able to work well in teams and integrates in the team;
- Keeps senior staff informed over the status of the jobs by:
- Informing on conflicting priorities;
- Asking for assistance if problems arise;
- Informing the manager on the capacity of taking more/less work;
- Informing on progress of assigned tasks;
- Informing in due time on problems in meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Financial field: Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 year professional experience in a similar position
• Effective skills in operating WinMentor accounting application
- Good knowledge of English and MS Office
- Used to working with deadlines
- Organized, responsible, rigorous person with very good analytical, problem solving and planning skills
