•Supports the Roll Out Project in terms of logistics.
•To follow up the equipment receptions, deliveries and stocks availability .
•To collaborate and support relevant departments with information and reports.
•To assure the interface between the technical departments, contractors and the Warehouse .
•To follow up the default equipment for the running project.
•To follow up the delivery documentation.
•To follow up the logistics contracts and to issue relevant POs .
•To verify the compliance of the invoices against the relevant POs / contracts.
•To issue various reports.
•To perform other office-related tasks, upon request from the hierarchical superior.
•University degree, preferably technical or technical understanding.
•1 year experience in logistics or purchasing (preferably in logistics area).
•MS Office (Word, Excel etc).
•SAP knowledge.
•English language (advanced level).
•Communication skills both oral and written.
•Able to work effectively under pressure.
•Well organized, ability to establish priorities.
