RESG / GTS is the entity in charge of all of the Société Générale Group IT infrastructure.
Within RESG / GTS, Technical Foundations Department TFO is in charge of technical base (datacenter, network infrastructure and telecom).
In TFO, the entity COO is responsible for managing the processing and performance management.
The team COO / TEM is responsible for:
• Manage the process of remote control (data networks, fixed and mobile voice)
• Reconcile invoices with signed contracts and manage disputes
• Being the point of contact in TFO for telecom procurement teams and GTS / FIN
• Ensure that the database is up to date contracts
• Provide a consolidated view of costs and calculate savings
• Explain the costs and identify areas for optimization
• Provide the necessary allocation / customer billing (chargeback SICOM)
• Participate in costing / pricing encryption catalog TFO Service
• Follow the savings on our various optimization projects
• Manage the budget telecom operators: budgeting, follow incurred (based controls and savings made), update the forecast whenever necessary
In the TEM team , the Officer in case supply mobile phone may participate or be responsible for the following tasks (non exhaustive list):
1) Ensure the management of orders for products and mobile services for internal clients of MOS Group, subsidiaries and agencies :
Analysis of customer requirements , presales consulting in agreement with the mobile catalog GTS
Treatment of common applications and coordination with internal applicants and telecom operators in compliance with SLAs (operators and internal) : opening lines , renewals mobile portability requests , transfers or terminations of lines, change options , commands accessories ...
Handling customer inquiries (eg requests for information on eligibility of an online renewal option or mobile plan )
Management of aftersales services (power mobile ) and claims in relation to the operators and in compliance with SLAs (operators and internal)
Managing the lifecycle of mobile products and services: update internal databases ( technical inventory and invoicing )
Manage alerts, emergencies , climb to the head of department or team whenever necessary
2 ) Ensure the reliability of internal basis for the management of mobile fleet
Update management tool mobile fleet at each change of product or service mobile
Perform data linking and coherence analyzes of the fleet in order to detect anomalies and correct
In case of anomalies process , analyze the root cause and correct
3) Produce reporting to management :
Statistics on activity (volumes of requests, monitoring SLAs , financial impact ... )
State Park mobile fleet and financial dashboards on mobile expenses, trend analyzes
4) Manage optimization tasks / industrialization / development process:
Evolution of existing processes by integrating the use of new rules and tools
Proposal and implementation of optimization measures / harmonization process
Key Deliverables:
• Tables of monthly indicators on orders and expenses (volumes, compliance with SLAs, financial data ...)
• Monthly Statistics on the treatment of anomalies in databases / internal standards
• Written Communications to telecom operators
