Team Management
Manage a global team of approximately 8-12 people
Define the aims and objectives of these activities, consistent with those of GTS / CAD
Coordinate and cohesion with DEVL Bucharest, vis-à-vis the objectives of GTS
Balance the workload between the team members and ensure the permanence of the activity
Alert on the design of the team based on volume trends
Analyze monitoring indicators (quantitative and qualitative) on each of the activities and implement any improvement actions
Represent the team vis-à-vis other teams Bucharest on operational activity.
Participate in any projects to optimize the activity issued by CAD / VDF Paris or at the Bucharest CSP and associated change management.
Being the entry point (SPOC) for GTS / CAD / VDF
Propose and monitor developments tools used daily by the team with the development teams and support, in accordance with the process (prioritization of developments, testing organization, climbing) and in connection with the GTS team VDF
process:
Suggest changes in process in particular to reduce the current heterogeneity and document
develop quantitative and qualitative indicators to monitor the activity in conjunction with CAD / VDF
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position in a BPO
Advanced French language
