The Product Owner's task is the conception, implementation and documentation of interface modules (based on IBM Websphere Message Broker) and the advancement of software design and architecture.
• Creating the user stories and defining the acceptance criteria
• Customer requirements gathering (Demands); Align demands with stakeholders; Check functional specifications
• Product Backog maintenance
• Alignment of user story priorities
• Provide clarification for unclear specifications
• Implementation of iteration rounds to clarify requirements
• Acceptance and verification of the completeness of user stories
• Present story results to stakeholders
• Preparation and implementation of Sprint Planning I
• Planning and moderating the stakeholder meetings
• Track and follow up on defects
• Finding solutions for "Change Wait" Incidents
• Support in Release Planning
• Implementation and monitoring of oneEGT documentation regarding user stories
• Technical guidance how to analyze problems
• Identify possible improvements of the product
• Transmits know-how to newer colleagues and helps them integrate fast in the organization
Must:
• Basic knowledge of EAI concepts, IBM Websphere MQ (MQSeries), XML, XSLT, ORACLE RDBMS 9 or higher, Java(-Script)
• Good knowledge of SQL and/or ORACLE PL/SQL,
• S/W engineering skills
• Advanced knowledge of Windows NT, 2000, XP, Office products
• Basic concepts of UNIX / AIX
• Good knowledge of English
• Availability to travel abroad
Nice to have:
• IBM ESQL, IBM Websphere Message Broker experience
• Appreciation of Unicode and country specific character sets
• Object-oriented analysis and design
