• Responsible for testing and monitoring Nobel Portal modules, features and products, as well as other projects assigned;
• Offer support and training for customers and sales team
• Be involved in special tasks and projects
• Create, update and send the periodic reports for Nobel Portal
• Identify and propose ways to improve Nobel Portal functionality and product offering
• Proactive directly contact portal stores to analyze and support sales
• Participates in meetings and/or conferences concerning problem resolution, the scheduling of special projects, and other topics as required.
• University degree or student in the last year
• Strong personality with excellent communication skills
• Customer Focus
• Experience in customer service job is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish both written and spoken
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Proactive in learning new things
• Positive attitude and impact on morale of the team members
• Able to identify key issues and establish priorities
• Basic marketing knowledge
• Basic telecommunication knowledge is a plus
• Available to work in shifts (afternoon and night shifts).
