- Successfully driven and lead a Production Department, preferably within a manufacturing environment;
- Assure the proper equipments for production continuity;
- Examine sales, forecast, emergencies and realizing the detailed planning of production;
- Support and participate in the implementation of new projects and procedures;
- Recommends and leads development of updates or new training programs as necessary.
- Minimum of 5 years running an Operations function or in a senior Manufacturing role in automotive sector;
- PC literate and able to analyze data. Fluency in English is required;
- University degree in Technical field;
- Analytical thinking, capacity to meet strict deadlines.
