Adecco Professional Placement is looking for its client, a luxury products manufacturer, part of a multinational company for a Production Manager, for the plants in Cisnadie and Avrig.
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Job Profile
Reporting to the Site Manager , the position has the following responsibilities :
Managing a production workshop with about 250 people, mostly female , with an intermediate frame of 8 to 9 team leaders working in one shift of 8 hours;
Ensure the production respecting the objectives of quality, quantities, delays and optimizing time and costs ( materials, work in progress ... );
Implement a performance management for the continued progress, social climate and staff development;
Finalize the transformation of the workshop in the mode of " lean manufacturing " comprehensive approach SALV;
Contribute to the development of new products and new processes and ensure their launches in manufacturing and connected in series;
Establish a state of mind and security to ensure the cleanliness of the workshop;
As a member of the management team of the site, strength on and improve all modes of operation of the site and not just manufacturing;
Elaborate and manage budget;
Evaluate, develop and motivate personnel;
Promote and respect the company’s policies;
Participate at the Board of Directors meetings.
6 years experience on a Production Manager position in any manufacturing domain;
Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continous Improvement;
Relevant experience in frequent flux and production changes;
Leadership;
Emotional intelligence;
Advanced level of English.
