□ Raw data processing, batch analysis before booking; booking and allocation of linoleum onto customer orders via SAP and customer ERP
□ Intake tiles’ requests, coordinate with production planning and finishing dept., produce and allocate linoleum tiles; manage an end-to-end process
□ Produce sample tiles for marketing dept., according to budgets and capacities
□ Issue internal delivery notes for various requester s: laboratory, testing, fire testing, finishing dept., marketing dept., sales rep. and book back the rolls on stock
□ Manage final checked rolls and retrieve missing data in order to close batches
□ Various stock movements according to procedures, requests and special cases
□ Perform stock checks and create replenishment purchase orders for Sweden warehouse
□ Daily, weekly and monthly reports (stock coverage, updating production orders, service hits analysis), assistance for yearly inventory
Proficiency in German
Experience in Marketing and HTML

Available to work from 08:30 until 17:00.
Sometimes overtime and weekend attendance (a couple of weekends/ year) are required by the client.
