• Ensure project controlling from cost, revenue and budget perspective
• Variance analysis of projects’ financials compared to budget
• Monitoring and analysis of monthly project reports
• Take part in preparation of project budgets and monthly follow up of project budgets (variance analysis and root causes)
• Act as finance adviser in relation with project managers and provide them with necessary support
• Take part in monthly project review meetings
• Preparation of required documentation for obtaining Letter of Credit or similar bank facilities
• Monitoring and analysis of project cash flows with identification of potential flaws and opportunities together with preparation and analysis of cash flow forecasts
• Computation and tracking of hourly rates
• Internal control: ensure procedures and controls are in place in relation with project/document flow and identification of improvement areas
• Monthly analysis of project costs, progress billing and cash flows
• Cost analysis and identification of reduction possibilities
• Maintaining relationship with external auditors
• Project documents control (against contracts/purchase orders and budgets)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in economics/business administration
• International qualifications such as ACCA, ACA or CFA are a plus
Years of Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience of which at least 3 years in project controlling
• Experience in multinational construction companies would be a plus
• Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• English proficiency (speaking, writing, reading)
