• Plans and coordinates the purchase of goods, services and equipment, raw materials, tools or components for the company.
• Reviews requests, determines probable sources, solicits bids, prepares ordering documents and maintains market data relative to suppliers and prices.
• Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information, such as price, availability and delivery schedule.
• Selects products for purchase by testing, observing or examining items
• Estimates values according to knowledge of market price
• Determines method of procurement, whether direct purchase or bid
• Performance is measured on efficiency, cost, accuracy and quality of transactions
• Manages, organizes and supervises car fleet area
• Provides technical service of vehicles, monitors dates of regular examination of cars.
• Observes the market and supports marketing and sales with creative ideas
• Concludes frame contracts for defined areas
• Creates and implements standard procedures for purchasing
• Creative, analytical thinking and working;
• Well self-organized, communicative with different types of internal and external costumers
• Technical understanding
• University degree
• At least 2 years experience as Purchaser in an international company
• Clean Driving License
