* Responsible for order processing
* Work with company IT software
* Authorisation of orders
* Data input into the accounting system
* Invoice validation
* Responsible for approval of orders in the system
* Payment process monitoring / validation
* Responsible for suppliers database information
* Collaboration with other colleagues in the accounting department
* Reporting on a regular basis
* Solving suppliers claims regarding invoices to client
* Involved into pricing activities
The ideal candidate should meet the following :
* Graduate in finance/ accounting/ economics or previous working experience in similar field at least 6months
* Interest into building up a career in financial area
* Adaptability
* Team player
* Detail oriented
* Ability and willingness to learn
* Active knowledge of English and Albanian language
* Customer Service Orientation
* Ability to work with speed and accuracy
* Good MS Office knowledge
