•Ensuring that the products and services the company provides are of the highest possible quality in terms of build, performance, customer expectations and statutory requirements;
•Monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system and produces data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators;
•Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization;
•Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved;
•Working with business staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers;
•Analyzing, isolate, and document complex technical issues;
•Achieving results with little supervision or direction;
•Creating/upading reports for your team leaders.
•3+ years of proven experience testing commercial software;
•Solid experience in testing automation;
•Various years of experience in Internet / web-based software development or testing;
•Extensive experience with JavaScript and testing automation with JavaScript frameworks across different browser technologies;
•Ability to avoid distractions and deliver against deadlines;
•Must be a self-motivated quick learner and able to transform a simple example into a comprehensive test suite that fully exercises a defined set of functionality;
•Organized and detail-oriented personality;
•Experience of system testing of client and server applications;
•Hands on experience with JUnit;
•Dynamic, proactive, and with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
•Analyse, design, author and execute new or modified tests to high quality;
•Diagnose faults and support developers during analysis
•Produce clear and accurate bug reports, test reports and test plans;
•Work independently as well as part of a team;
•Provide feedback on development processes and contribute to improvement of these processes.
