Responsibilities:
- working in-close cooperation with the QA departments from Germany
- leading a QA team of about 15 people
- coordination of QA testing activities
- planning of budget, forecast, cost effectiveness
- other administrative tasks related to QA department
- recruitment activities for QA team
- 3 – 5 years operative QA
- experience in leadership
- ability to motivate a team
- high moral and professional standards
- advanced English knowledge
Would be an advantage:
- knowledge of HP (former Mercury) test tools (QTP, Quality Center)
- 2 years experience of QA Tester
- experience in retail specific applications (Merchandise Systems, Cashier Systems, SAP Retail, Data Warehouse, etc.)
