What we need:
We are searching for a dynamic and highly professional environment, QA team leader with both strong technical and managerial abilities. The team is responsible to support the unit projects from definition and design, going through development and testing, up till production upload and ongoing maintenance.
The job is hands-on which means 50% involvement in the actual testing team projects\tasks efforts.
You will be responsible of:
- Manage and Mentor the team test engineers.
- Detailed design of the testing procedure and ongoing reporting on its progress to the QA manager.
- Work closely with different interfaces such as developers, system analysts, product and project managers in order to ensure high quality products.
How good should you be:
- 3 years prior experience as a testing team leader
- 5-7 years’ experience in software testing in international Hi-Tech product oriented companies in the fields of Internet or Software based.
- Experience working with systems that are Web based, understanding of the User’s experience.
- Must have an experience with working on client-server and DB based complex solutions
- In depth familiarity with testing methodology (test documents such as STP, STD, STR)
- Work with testing tools as QC, MTM, ETC..
- Ability to work within international business environment
