Diamax is seeking a talented QA Tester with at least 5 years of challenging professional software development experience in an AGILE/SCRUM environment to help us take our product and custom solutions to the next level.
The QA Tester must be highly detail oriented and organized, who can effectively test both web and backend items.
Our software development team is based in Bucharest and is an essential part of our company, the QA Tester must be able to work effectively with our innovation lab and company leadership in order to facilitate the continued growth of Diamax and to maintain the high standards of quality that our customers have come to expect and deserve.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze user stories and technical requirements for validity, feasibility and technical soundness.
Identify gaps and weaknesses in user stories and technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
Design functional and non-functional test cases that verify requirements and validate functionality.
Decompose user stories, technical requirements, and business rules and extract positive and negative test scenarios.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
Execute functional testing within an Agile delivery model: Functional testing (primarily White Box).
Exploratory testing and Integration testing.
Execute non-functional testing within an Agile environment.
Develop regression test suite and regression test plan.
Identify ways to enhance product quality, product functionality and user experience.
Continuously make improvements to agile processes, testing practices and QA methods.
Desired background
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in software development.
Experience in software quality assurance.
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Experience with both white box and black box testing.
Experience with automated testing tools.
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
