The role will require leading the process improvement projects, implementing and sustaining BMPS framework across a Global leading Banking-Software Company’s Shared Service Centers in Bucharest, Romania and Chennai, India.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Work closely with the Team Leaders to understand end-to-end internal customer needs and convert them into project opportunities;
* Lead critical improvements projects , impacting Finance & other departments ;
* Coordinating Finance Idea Bank project, an initiative that captures improvement ideas across finance functions;
* Sustain KPI structure across P2P, C2C, R2R. Coordinating and reviewing KPI dashboard for management review;
* Conduct Process workshops and document process gaps and bring in effective controls;
* Analyse TAT and team productivity by process;
* Coordinating with IT/Development for enhancing the ERP/Systems experience & reports;
* Provide data and insights for regular reviews with the internal customer & the other stakeholders;
* Perform such other tasks related with SSC deliverables as may be required from time to time;
* Enhance Visual Management.
Certifications:
* Lean Certified;
* Six Sigma Certified /Trained –nice to have.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree preferable in Economics;
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in F&A Operations;
* Proficient in English;
* Team-player with high ethical standards;
* Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment;
* Good knowledge of Lean tools and concept;
* High proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint;
* Excellent analytic skills and very detail-oriented person;
* Good communication and presentation skills;
* Solution-oriented.
