Quality Management including implementing, using, improving a set of QM-measures (processes, activities);
Defining quality measures and methodology
Defining and establishing the Q-organisation / network within organisational unit;
Enforcing awareness building for quality and risk management.
Introducing SDHB (System Development HandBook), implementation and feedback of SDHB process guidelines;
Training and support of project managers on development process and SDHB’
Owner for quality meetings and project meetings
Management of quality KPI reporting (execution quality, etc.).
Data management and documentation.
Supporting R&D tool usage (planning, controlling of projects).
Project set up, schedule and resource planning.
Organizing and performing quality audits.
Q&A benchmarking (e.g. Numetrics).
Technical degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
At least 3 years of experience in the Q&A field;
Experience in audits, certifications, standard and process management, quality systems, methods, procedures and tools (e.g. risk management, QFD, FMEA, etc.) and customer related process;
Skills in leading international teams;
Evaluating new / complex situations using analytical thinking;
Demonstrated ability to solve problems systematically.
Advanced English;
Willingness to travel.
