We are seeking a professional to be the Quality Assurance Specialist within an international project team.
- He/she defines the quality targets for projects. Subsequently, plans the quality
assurance activities in order to meet these targets and finally setup a Quality
Management Report
- Makes sure that projects adhere to the defined procedures and processes. For this
purpose process implementation checklists are maintained
- Gives advice to project members on how to work according to company standards
- Is involved in Root-Cause-Analysis and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
He/she will be additionally involved in:
- Contribute to lessons-learned sessions and improvement of the company processes
- Deployment of company processes within our Bucharest department
- Training of new employees in the company processes
We are looking for a person dedicated to quality and processes with significant experience in the field of:
- Software or system development (design, test or project management)
- Quality management
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
The following competencies will be considered as a plus:
- Implementation of the standards ISO 9001, CENELEC 50126 / 50128 / 50129
- Proven training or coaching experience
- German language skills
