- Elaborate and develop company’s policies and operating procedures, in collaboration with Managers
- Prepares internal quality standards and ensures adherence
- Conducts audits to verify accuracy of records, compliance with standards, policies and procedures
- Carries out work productivity analyses and propose recommendations for improvements
- Provides top management with regular reports
- Interacts with internal and external auditors and consultants
- Excellent time management, written & oral communication skills
- Skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policies, developing an implementing new strategies and procedures
- Capable of working under medium supervision
- 3 years experience in a similar position
- BSc in Business or Economic related studies (MSc and/or MBA will be an advantage)
- Compliance or audit certification is preferred
- Financial operations knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate
- Excellent package, in correspondence with the professional experience;
