¿ Design and develop quality related initiatives and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall Business objectives.
¿ Provide support towards continuous improvement programs like Six Sigma.
¿ Conduct internal quality audits to ensure the quality initiatives are being implemented consistently and effectively.
¿ Co-ordinate external quality audits.
¿ Impart basic training to personnel on quality related initiatives.
¿ Support Quality and Continuous Improvement Lead in tracking performance against organization objectives.
¿ Work with other leads in the company to optimize the quality by recognizing, enhancing and sharing quality best practices
¿ University/College degree
¿ Fluent English
¿ At least 2 years of experience in one of the following areas:- Quality- Business process re-engineering- Auditing
¿ Six Sigma experience would be an advantage
¿ Communication / Presentation Skills - level 5 from 5
¿ Customer Service - level 5 from 5
¿ Employee Development - level 2 from 5
¿ Analytical Thinking - level 5 from 5
