Overall management of all functions in the Quality Control Laboratory.
Inventory control and standard management.
Ensure qualification, calibration and maintenance of all Laboratory equipment and related software.
Ensure work allocation to analysts.
Implement and Monitor the Quality Systems to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and data governance practices.
Ensure compliance to Health & Safety matters related to the Quality Control and other analytical testing operations.
Coordinate and outsource analysis if required to external Laboratories.
Conduct Periodic Departmental compliances audits and internal audits.
Mentor and guide analysts and Lab Technicians in troubleshooting during analysis.
Conduct as well as ensure as applicable, the required initial and continual training of department personnel.
