- Responsible for project quality planning and quality control, including project quality inspection and technical support
- Responsible to ensure project deliverables quality
- Responsible for project quality control consultation and training to subcontractors
- Responsible to train junior staff and our customer, including cooperation and proxy staff
- To execute the project quality assurance system platform and implementing telecom equipment or ITU standards
- To write the quality documents and manual, the system, and so on
- At least 3 years telecom equipment installation or relevant experiences in Telecom industry (including Operator, Equipment supplier, Engineering company etc.), with minimum of 1 years telecom equipment installation quality control experience would be desirable
- Excellent telecom equipment installation specification and working procedure knowledge, especially that in wireless field would be desirable
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Familiar with telecom standards and regulations
- An international professional recognized QE certificate, such as QA, would be desirable, but not mandatory
- Proficiency in English / Romania
