Our new colleague will define quality measures and methodology.
Responsibilities:
-to define and establish the Q-organisation/network with organisational unit;
-to enforce awareness for quality and risk management;
-to be a partner with project managers for implementation & feedback of System Development Handbook (SDHB) process guidelines;
-reporting of execution quality;
-data management and documentation;
-supporting R&D tool usage (planning, controlling of projects);
-organising and performing quality audits;
-numetrics analysis
-Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar or technical knowledge combined with extensive job experience;
-min.3 yrs experience in quality management: quality systems, standard and process management,procedures and tools (e.g.Risk Management,FMEA,etc);
Other skills:
-analythical thinking, systematic approach when problem solving;
-excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment;
-willingness for travelling
