1. Documents, creates and validates, Processes and products, as well as writing instructions for audit planning of such processes and products
2. Ensures that all test & measurement equipment in contact with the product are within compliance of the calibration system
3. Provides technical support to the assembly line about processes, machinery, material and problem solving techniques
4. Ensures that when a Corrective Action is need it, get in place, as well as such CA are implemented followed and evaluated properly, according to Quality Manual
5. Promotes Continuous Improvement of processes and Quality of the product as well as the teamwork environment
6. Assures final acceptance of the product is in compliance with Customer requirements.
7. Provides support and compliance with customer request on time and every time
1. Industrial Engineering Degree (Electronic + )
2. Knowledge of computer software management (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
3. Statistical Process Control
4. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis
5. Four years experience working in a similar QA position
6. One year experience in electronic industry
7. ISO and TL 9000 knowledge
8. Design of Experiments
9. 7 Basic Quality Tools and Problem Solving Techniques
10. Basic understanding of Six Sigma Approach and Strategy (Green Belt)
