- Coordinates the quality assurance processes, establishes quality standards and follow-up routines
- Maintains content of the training up to date, in terms of procedures, internal regulations
- Makes out the revision and the control of the quality manual and the quality system procedures, as well as supervising their application within the company, in the view of the implementation and keeping up of the quality system within the company
- Identifies and registers of the quality problems
- Sets and applies corrective/preventive actions
- Manages the internal audits activities and the assurance of the documents control in the company, in conformity with the quality procedures;
- Trains the staff within the company with respect to implementation of organization quality System, and ISO standards
- Records and analyzes the customer’s complaints and observations and also the certification authority’;
- Elaborates and revises standard operation procedures for each department and processes/ activities of the company;
- Controls (during the internal audits) whether departments activities and related results comply with specific standard operating procedures and whether these procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable to achieve objectives;
- Prepares the audit reports for top management in order to improve the company’s processes /activities;
- Manages the internal audits activities in order to determine the grade of conformity of quality system to the planned documentations, to assure conformity with statutory and regulatory requirements, to evaluate quality system efficiency and to meet the objectives and identify potential improvement areas;
- Applies corrective/preventive actions
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in quality management
- Experience with ISO implementation
- A minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience on a similar position
- Good communication skills
- Analytic mind and details orientation
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
