- Registration of detected nonconformance and verifying effective corrective action;
- Assists project task force in quality matters;
- Trains support and motivate the department’s staff in order to ensure the quality of their work and their commitment;
- Involved in developing and implementing quality control systems ( ISO);
- Insures quality control for all site constructions in order to eliminate malfunctions and delays to customers;
- Performs regular internal audits in order to ensure the effectiveness of the quality system, operational procedures;
- Collects and analyzes data from the site in order to follow up and resolve any possible quality problems or customer complaints;
- Maintains personnel safe behavior;
- Responsive participation in emergency/ crisis circumstances as company required;
- Acknowledgement and compliance with Romanian occupational safety requirements and company & project safety procedures;
- Develops quality standards and procedures;
- Trains the personnel and insures compliance with these;
- Minimum 3 years in quality management and activities
- University degree in a technical field
- Good knowledge of Environmental and Health & Safety activities
- Previous studies in quality management practices and quality tools
- Previous experience in identifying, evaluating and implementing quality
- Experience / knowledge in working with ISO standards
- Good management and communication skills
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
