Manage complex projects related with radio planning tools development and quality improvement or with new product, processes or services introduction
Organising the different milestones of the project, evaluating the schedule, the risks and the costs
Meeting the targets from operational, financial and process point of view
Ability of identifying and solving business related issues
Selection of a new releases/products, co-ordination of the activities of validation/experimentation in the field of products and releases
Management of the global acceptance for Orange new projects and or products
Leads the negotiations with "Supplier"for the introduction of new releases in Orange network; negotiations of the framework agreements signed with the vendors, as technical support for purchasing group
Create cost models and issue detailed business cases for proposed actions
Propose and organize regular project review meeting
Participate at Group radio engineering activities
Managing regular ORO coverage maps update for all technologies: GSM, UMTS, LTE
Managing consistent general network reports radio related towards internal or external clients
English - fluent
Driving license is a plus
Ability for working with Ms Office
Mobile radio network topology very good knowledge
Radio propagation theory & tools very good knowledge
Education and experience (minimum level requested):
Telecom university graduated
5 to 10 years experience in telecommunication domain (GSM/UMTS mobile operator is a plus)
Strong project management experience
