RESPONSABILITATI

• Obtain agreements from property owners to place properties for sale;
• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price;
• To identify new clients (occupiers) and new business opportunities;
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details and during the closing of sales;
• Generate lists of properties for sale, their locations, descriptions, and available financing options, using computers;
• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration;
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters;
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, and participation in multiple listing services;
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are visiting;
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking;

• Very ambitious person, interested in a career in the domain;

• Available to work extra hours and to travel for the company;
• University degree, optional;
• Advanced usage of English in reading, writing, understanding; other languages are an advantage
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
• 1-3 years previous experience in similar positions;
• Availability to travel for the purpose of meeting clients and evaluating properties;
• The ability to work under pressure, handle challenging situations and meet deadlines;
• Understand tasks and establish priorities;
• The ability to work as part of a team and cooperation;
• Excellent communication and „people” skills;
• Confidence, drive and enthusiasm;
• Decision-making and a strong sense of responsibility
