- Being responsible for the operational flow for renting/selling property and documentation required;
- Liaison with asset management companies (if it’s the case), potential investors and other third parties (evaluators, notary, state authorities, etc)
- Continuously monitor the market;
- Creating, developing and maintaining client portfolio; Update in time the real estate - asset database and prepare relevant activity reports
- Provide timely system updates and communicate effectively with all customers, both internal and external;

Qualifications
- Very good knowledge of the local real estate market (residential and commercial assets);
- Good Knowledge of the operational flow of trading property and documentation required;
- Marketing and sales skills;
- University Degree;
- Driver's license;
- Good command of English;
- Dynamic and sociable person;
- PC (MS Office);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Proactive and results oriented;
