HR Performance is recruiting for one of its clients a recruiter.

Responsibilities

- Constant research on all social networks and social groups for candidates
- Using various resources for recruitment
- Analyzing the resumes received from applicants
- Maintaining an open communication and offering support through all the stages of the recruitment process with candidates
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to the job performed
- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person


CERINTE

- English – advanced level - mandatory
- Experience and knowledge on social networking (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Economics or Human Resources
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Experience in headhunting represents an advantage
- Ability to fulfill recruitment requirements in minimum time
- Availability to work on an irregular schedule (9-18/ 11-20)
