Responsibilities:
- Constant research on all social networks and social groups for candidates
- Using various resources for recruitment
- Analyzing the resumes received from applicants
- Maintaining an open communication and offering support through all the stages of the recruitment process with candidates
-You will handle end to end selection process for various IT and Business Intelligence projects;
- Assist in drafting job descriptions;
- Conduct phone screening and interviews;
- Perform active search through main recruiting channels and also identify new ones;
- Maintain and update information regarding our candidates database;
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to the job performed
- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
Requirements:
- English – advanced level – mandatory
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting (developers, technical support, designers, managers, marketers etc);
- Experience and knowledge on social networking (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Economics or Human Resources will be a plus
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, time management, written and verbal communication skills;
- Team player;
- Sociable person
- Open minded, flexible and resistant to stressful workload;
- Creative and intuitive;
- True passion for recruiting and information technology.
- Ability to fulfill recruitment requirements in minimum time
