- Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment and head hunting
- Minimum 1-2 years phone sales experience
- Bachelor in Economy preferable
- Excellent communication and relationship skills (fluency in speech, expression, smile, natural, analytical, ability to work individually and adapt to a team)
- Dynamic in candidates service, hardworking, flexible, results-oriented, ambitious, persevering.
- English - advanced
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
