• Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
• Create and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers.
• Acts as contact point between the company and recruitment services suppliers.
• Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
• Communicate with and update stakeholders throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
• Keep an extensive network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
• Works on the development of employer brand building strategies and processes.
• Once the successful candidate has been selected the Recruiter is responsible for the pre-employment checks and for the start of the on-boarding process together with the local HR to enhance the new hire experience.
Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting on behalf of its client, a retailer present in Romania, Bulgaria and Moldavia, for a Recruiter.
Acting as partner in identifying needs and resolving requests for bringing new talents in the organization. Coordinating and supporting recruitment processes.
Candidate profile:
• At least 3 years of staffing/recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization.
• Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.
• Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
• Strong orientation on internal customer and external applicant satisfaction.
• Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
• Experience in general HR functions is preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships, network, and proactively identify future talent.
• Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.
