For our office in Bucharest we are searching for a young and motivated recruiter M/F who will become the member of our international team having its head-office in Denmark.
Main responsibilities:
Recruitment of blue collar workers (welders, smiths, construction and production workers)
Administrative work and coordination with the Danish office.
Employ all the recruitment methods to attract candidates (job advertisements, direct sourcing etc...)
Evaluate resumes and applications
Match the most suitable candidates with different applications
Create a good and solid relationship with job seekers
Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job websites/newspapers/social media etc...
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

About you:
You have an experience of minimum 2 -3 years in recruitment, preferably in blue collar domain
Good English level - minimum B2
Computer skills: Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Solution oriented person, creative, ambitious, confident and ready to take the initiative.
Able to work independently but also together with the entire team.
Driving license - B category
