We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who has worked in selling advertising space and solutions both to final Customers and Media Agencies.
You will to be able to demonstrate a successful career and track record in advertising sales and have a thorough understanding of the media buying / planning process, having a solid experience in selling advertising solutions and ideally advertising space to a variety of industry sectors and media agencies in Romania.
You will be personally responsible for a significant client base. Along with this, you will be expected to deliver new revenue from a wide variety of clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a great company who is offering a competitive salary with a brilliant commission structure.
You will need to be a TOP rate sales person with excellent negotiating skills and an existing network of relations that will make you effective since day one. You will appreciate the importance of customer service and you will deliver a wide variety of advertising solutions to your new and existing clients.
The Key Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Manager include:
• Generating new business revenues and exceeding sales targets.
• Meeting clients face-to-face as well as securing business over the phone.
• Maximizing your own sales results in conjunction with your manager.
• Providing regular and accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting to your manager.
• Ensuring and maintaining effective credit control of all revenue.
• Undertaking presentations to all of your clients on a regular basis
To apply for this fantastic opportunity,you MUST have:
• Minimum three years experience in selling offline advertising solutionstofinal customers and/or media agencies.
• Solid experience in sellingadvertising solutions and ideally outdoor advertising;
• Excellent Romanian-language writing skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.Additional languages are a plus.
• Outgoing personality and ability to host and animate public events.
• A positive and enthusiastic approach and attitude to work.
• Determination to develop revenues and business. We are looking for someone hungry for hunting new clients and cashing commissions.
• A strong willingness to learn and take on new ideas.
• Self motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Strong team player and excellent communication skills.
• Although extensive travel is not required, you will need to be very flexible on working hours and frequent client meetings in Romania and other countries in Europe.
